ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “La multidisciplinarità è determinata dall’infiammazione di tipo 2 che è la base di tutte queste patologie che le collega insieme sia da un punto di vista della patogenesi che da un punto di vista clinico. È importante che ci sia una visione anche globale e per questo l’allergoimmunologo è quello che fa tutte le domande. E’ fondamentale la visione globale anche perché c’è la possibilità di fare un trattamento che va alla radice dell’informazione che è comune a tutte queste patologie”. Lo ha detto Lorenzo Cecchi, Presidente AAIITO – Associazione Allergologi Immunologi Italiani Territoriali e Ospedalieri, a margine del progetto dal titolo “La gestione del paziente con patologie infiammatorie di tipo 2”, un ciclo di tre incontri che ha visto coinvolte 4 associazioni di pazienti e 16 società scientifiche. Alcune delle proposte operative sono racchiuse nel Policy Paper realizzato dall’Istituto per la Competitività insieme a Sanofi.
