Abbiamo troppe norme, confuse, sovrapposte e che trattano le varie materie in tanti provvedimenti. Dobbiamo riscrivere i testi che rendono difficile la comprensione a cittadini ed imprese”. Così Maria Elisabetta Alberti Casellati, ministro per le Riforme, a margine dell’evento “La semplificazione normativa tra presente e futuro”. “Stiamo dando vita, insieme ad altri ministeri, al codice ambiente, quello della disabilità, quello della protezione civile. Varie materie concentrate in testi unici, togliendo sovrapposizioni che sono un freno per la nostra economia. Il tema della semplificazione normativa non è solo italiano ma anche europeo”, aggiunge.
