Ogni giorno ci rendiamo conto di quanto il mismatch sta condizionando il mercato anche per i nostri clienti: c’è la difficoltà di trovare le competenze di cui le aziende hanno bisogno. Bisogna lavorare su due ponti di collegamento tra la scuola e il mondo del lavoro: il primo, fondamentale, è quello dell’orientamento, il secondo grande punto è lavorare sulle competenze giuste nella fase educativa, che non vuol dire solo le competenze tecniche, ma anche quelle che riguardano lo sviluppo della persona”. A dirlo Donato Ferri, EY Managing Partner Europe West Consulting, a margine dell’evento “Costruire ponti tra istruzione e lavoro”, in cui è stato presentato il progetto UPSHIFT for Youth, sviluppato da UNICEF e Junior Achievement Italia e che, a partire da quest’anno, vede il coinvolgimento di EY e EY Foundation.
