Così come possono ritornare al suolo altre matrici di scarto che quotidianamente le nostre attività produttive, dalle attività agricole, alle attività commerciali e alle attività domestiche producono”. Lo ha detto Massimo Centemero, direttore del Cic, Consorzio Italiano Compostatori, in occasione del convegno “Dalla terra alla Terra – Il suolo tra cambiamenti climatici e nuovi stili di vita”.
