WASHINGTON (STATI UNITI) (ITALPRESS) – A poco meno di due anni dall’annullamento del diritto costituzionale all’aborto, la Corte Suprema degli Stati Uniti è chiamata a valutare fino a che punto i divieti statali possono estendersi alle donne in situazioni di emergenza medica. Durante la riunione i giudici si ritrovano anche a valutare il caso dell’Idaho, Stato in cui un severo divieto di aborto è entrato in vigore dopo la discussa decisione risalente al 2022. Il caso è arrivato alla corte Suprema tra le proteste di centinaia di manifestanti.
