MILANO (ITALPRESS) – “Ho depositato una proposta di legge a mia prima firma volta ad introdurre nel nostro ordinamento il cosiddetto sistema “opt-in”, già applicato in Olanda e Repubblica Ceca. Consiste nel non prevedere più l’opt-out, dunque, la possibilità per il consumatore di iscriversi al registro delle opposizioni e non essere contattato; al contrario, prevede il divieto di effettuare telefonate verso chi non ha preventivamente fornito il consenso. Al tempo stesso chiediamo che si rafforzino i servizi di customer service, prevedendo un obbligo di risposta per assistenza telefonica ad un numero dedicato entro 3 minuti”. Lo ha detto Piero De Luca, capogruppo PD in Commissione Politiche Ue alla Camera, intervenuto in The Watcher Talk, il format di The Watcher Post. “L’obiettivo è colmare un’anomalia che oggi constatiamo nel nostro Paese: un’aggressione telefonica non voluta né richiesta a fronte di un vuoto di assistenza telefonica invece fortemente desiderata oltre che utile – ha aggiunto -. È un cambiamento radicale di prospettiva a tutela di milioni di cittadini oggi privi di protezione efficace. Una norma di civiltà”.
