ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Il Consiglio dell’Unione europea ha adottato il regolamento sulla raccolta e condivisione dei dati degli affitti brevi di immobili. L’obiettivo è aumentare la trasparenza nel settore e aiutare le autorità pubbliche a regolamentare questa componente sempre più importante del turismo. Le nuove norme introducono obblighi per i locatori e le loro abitazioni, compresa l’attribuzione di un numero di registrazione unico che dovrà essere indicato sui siti web corrispondenti. Le piattaforme online dovranno fornire regolarmente, a un punto di ingresso digitale unico negli Stati membri, informazioni sulle attività di locazione. Questo aiuterà le autorità competenti a produrre statistiche affidabili e ad adottare misure normative consapevoli. Per Valerie De Blue, ministro del Turismo del Belgio, Paese presidente di turno del Consiglio Europeo, la raccolta e la condivisione dei dati consentiranno di mettere in atto politiche locali efficaci e proporzionate per affrontare le sfide e le opportunità del settore.
